BICSI, (Building Industry Consulting Service International) is a comprehensive, non-profit association whose programmes and interests cover the broad telecommunications spectrum of the voice, video and data industries and their primary goal is to lead the telecommunications industry in the enhancement of quality services and methods around the world through education, promoting skill sharing and assessing knowledge with professional registration programmes.
